Deborah and her husband Jeff signed up to do the all liquid fast for 28 weeks (7 mos) almost two years ago. On July 8, 2021 NUSELF posted about them. Together, they lost 201 lbs (92 & 109 individually). Deborah reached out yesterday. They have maintained their weight loss for the past year and a half.
They just got back from a two week trip to New England and have a few unwanted pounds they plan to take off using meal replacements. Sometimes there are no words for happy you are for people…. Deborah and Jeff, there are no words. You truly are an inspiration. Way to go!!
